This site was launched in 2010 in an effort to help me plan and document our meals. Our CSA had changed our lives and the way we ate. Before, I'd plan meals for the week, go to the grocery store, and purchase those ingredients. Now, I receive the food and then plan the meals accordingly. We have eaten primarily from the CSA for a few years now.
My challenge to myself in 2010 was to cook all of our dinners (which translates into lunches the next day as well) from our CSA share. And we did it.
I fell off the CSA bandwagon shortly after completing the challenge, but now that I know it can be done, I am recommitting. Not necessarily with the same intensity, but my 2014 goal (which is CSA season: May-October) is to not waste any food!
